I'd really like to expand the LUG. I think that all of you will get tired or are getting tired of just hearing me ramble on about the same type stuff. When learning something from another person, you need to switch teachers once in a while to keep from getting the same old stale point of view. I love producing this stuff and I'll continue to do it, but I think it'd be nice to have more people to give more points of view. The one drawback to expanding is that we might end up gaining members that are not employees of the Navy so we would have a problem getting them on the base. I've always had the plan to eventually roll this meeting over to my house at some point. My house is very nearby


so it wouldn't be much more inconvenient for anyone. We could also have the benefit of wireless internet, a more comfortable environment and BEER! (if you're into that sort of thing). I just wanted to ask anyone that would have a problem with a possible move in that direction to let me know. I don't want to make it impossible for anyone who has been attending to keep doing so.

I have made up a flyer for the LUG, if anyone has any skill with a (open source) word processor, and they would like to do a better job that I have, I promise I won't be offended at all (I'd highly welcome the effort). For now though, if you think that there might be some place you could post one of these flyers (maybe the door of your building), please take one.
