There have been some requests for us to go back to some basics, so I'm going to try to devote a section of our time each meeting to covering some basics-type material.

My first thought when it come to basics is the Linux Documentation Project. I've been telling everyone about this site since the beginning.. it's a good place to start. The following is a list of guides that I suggest you look through if you feel like you are a little behind, or you just want to learn more basics stuff.

We'll start our back to basics sessions by looking at the Command Line Tools Summary. I think it is probably the best one to allow the newbie questions to flow and still have some meat for our more advanced people. We'll see how it goes.. we can always change guides next meeting.

For those of you reading this online, you really have to be at the meeting to get the benefit out of this part. The only real substitute would be to go through the guides we cover in the meeting. I'll try to keep posting links to the guides we cover.
