smbclient

smbclient provides a FTP like interface to Windows shares. You use the normal ls, cd, get, put commands to navigate the share and download files. You can also use smbclient to poke around Windows shares on the network to see what's available. 

smbclient -L winmachine -U myusername
smbclient //winmachine/share -U myusername
